AgriTech

A multifaceted product including web portal, mobile application and specialised hardware being deployed by a large, multicultural and geographically dispersed corporation with a hundred years of experience in devleoping fertilizers, but very little in app devleopment. This was the situation for this case study. My role was to organise several product owners and collaborate with mulitple departments to steer the product to launch . 

Healthcare

A high priority project to create a new product that would shape and finance the direction of a company and ultimately lead to becoming a player in the highly conservative NHS in the United Kingdom. This case study highlights one of my proudest acheivements in information technology and continues to improve support for a badly underservices area away from the spotlights and attention lavished on other medical applications .

Fintech / Crypto

Parachuted into a project with no project manager, limited written requirements, and a background of anxiety following multiple failed attempts and increasingly sceptical investors. This case study is one of gelling a team of highly inteliigent but uncollaborative individuals to deliver in a painfully short timeframe and save the company.

Although not a comprehenive listing, I hope these case studies give you an idea of what we can achieve together whether starting a new product from zero or rescuing a project that promised so much in inception, but is lagging behind expectations and deserves to do better.
