I got into Project / Product management wanting to work in better organised projects. Developers were getting trained, designers and testers were getting trained, but PMs just seemed to be guys who were either very bad or very good at coding but could only progress by moving into management. I was different. Agile, Traditional or Hybrid, I wanted to LEARN how to manage projects / products and I still do!
